How can I calculate between weekly and monthly instalments?

Trying to calculate monthly instalments into weekly instalments but realise that some months have 4 weeks and others have 5?

Please see a break down below of yearly, 9 months, 6 month and 3 month memberships and how many weeks and fortnights are in each one. Divide the total plan/ membership amount by the number of payments in each frequency to work out the instalment amounts.

1 year = 52 weeks | 26 fortnights | 12 months
9 months = 36 weeks | 18 fortnights
6 months = 26 weeks | 13 fortnights
3 months = 12 weeks | 6 fortnights

You add the instalment amount in to the 'Min No. Of Payments' box as per below:
